I use tried and tested products from a range of manufacturers, which perform as expected, last the distance, will hold up to general conditions, all at a very economical price. Price is not the primary focus. If one only shops on the basis of price, they will lose out somewhere, sometime. I believe it’s a balance between price, value and quality. Getting the best for the money you spend!
One thing I KNOW happens in the industry is, you expect one thing and you get something else. People have been known to “sell” a certain product, but apply another, and the customer is not told. I have seen it happen! The whole industry is aware of this practice. Several manufacturers have applied recognisable identifiers on their product to prove they are genuine! I will NOT do that. If for whatever reason I cannot apply what you were expecting, I will do one of two things. Tell you, and offer to get the right product (sometimes happens when I run out). Or, tell you I don’t have it, for whatever reason, and offer you a better product for the same price.
